Accuracy Checklist
  • Pause downloads, updates, CCTV backups, and streaming first.
  • Use a LAN cable when possible, or stay close to the Wi-Fi router.
  • Run the test 2-3 times and compare the results.
When To Report

Contact support when poor performance is repeatable.

If your test result remains low across multiple runs, mention the time, device, and whether the issue happened on Wi-Fi or direct LAN. That makes troubleshooting faster for the NOC and support team.
